It's in the best interest of TSG & the client, to keep all communications via email only. This is to ensure we both know exactly, verbatim, what is going on with your project. Web design requires a face to face consults. The option of a branding call is available for purchase online.

Standard turn around for digital design proofs is 1-4 business days. Print takes an additional 2-4 business days after final approval & payment. Web design can take up to 5 weeks for completion. Branding packages can take up to 3 weeks to complete, depending on the turnaround time of the clients response.

1-2 proofs are included with digital designs. All designs receive 3 FREE revisions. Any revision after the 3 will result in additional fees. Web Design will receive 5 rounds of revisions.

A revision is a follow up reply to any changes that need to be made to a design. Revisions are counted per email, not per actual edits. One email containing changes counts as one revision. Additional revisions will result in additional fees. EX: Client approves project. (2 days later) Client realizes that there is a spelling error and reaches back out to get the design revised. TSG: There will be a $15 fee to re-open your project and to make futher revisions.

Yes, you own all copies of your logo except the AI file. The AI (vector file) is the sole property of T Styles Graphics, LLC. If for any reason you need the AI files for a printer/manufacturer, TSG will send the files to them directly, please just provide the contact information. Logos include the PNG, JPG, & PDF files for your use! TSG retains the right to use the design in a portfolio and any advertising as seen fit by the designer.

Yes, yes you do! Quality photos can make or break a design. Please do not invest in the design process until you are ready!
